After an eventful week in the #bbnaija house that had the theme “Nigerian art and music”, the Housemates dressed up for a very special party placed under the magic of Nigerian acclaimed DJ Neptune.
The guys and ladies in the #bbnaija House were fitted with the good old school outfits that reminded everyone of the seventies and eighties.
Their attires were in no way easy on the eyes as it ranged from a combination of colourful bell bottom pants, flamboyant colours and flashy patterns to platform shoes and flared sleeves topped with larger-than-life wigs which all made the party colourful.
Furthermore, the #bbnaija housemates added finishing touches with their accessories which stole the show. From Alex’s oversized hoops earrings, to Nina and Anto’s white socks tucked into sandals, and Ahneeka matching her hair turban to her shirt, the #bbnaija House seemed to have taken a time machine back to the eighties.
From the moment DJ Neptune boomed his music through the speakers, the #bbnaija Housemates needed no persuading to glide onto the dancefloor to the frenzied African music.
The music DJ Neptune churned out rannged from West African hits to East African classics and Southern African beats with North African rhythms. He allowed Africa to take the centre stage on the #BBNaija dancefloor.
With a glass firmly in hand, the #bbnaija Housemates joyfully swayed and shook their bodies to the rhythm of the songs that transcended Africa.
