Big Brother Naija Season 5 also known as Big Brother Naija: Lockdown is the fifth season of the Nigerian version of the reality show Big Brother. It premiered on 19 July 2020 on Africa Magic and the live feed on DStv channel 198 and GOtv channel 29

Ex-housemate Ebuka Obi-Uchendu from season one returned as host with 20 housemates, lasted for 71 days. And the lucky winner was awarded with 85 million naira.

Fortunately, one of the most talked about housemate, Olamilekan Moshood Agbeleshe born 8 November, 1993, professionally known as Laycon, a rapper, singer and songwriter, emerges the winner for this season. Carted home a total of N85million, including N30million cash prize, 2 bedroom apartment, a trip to Dubai for two, a trip to Dublin, among other prizes. Congratulations to him.

Now to those of you that stayed glued to your TV 24/7, even made enemies along the line, the Icons, the Elites, etc, what moral values/lessons did you learn from the show? I don’t wanna ask what your benefits are, because I know that you gained absolutely nothing!
